Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Texas Systems Discord bot ("Texas Systems," "the Bot") and its associated web dashboard, operated for the Texas State Roleplay ("TXRP") Discord community. By adding Texas Systems to a server, using its commands, or accessing the dashboard, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Texas Systems Does

Texas Systems is a Discord bot that provides staff management, moderation, training, ticketing, and operational tooling for the Texas State Roleplay community. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of Discord Inc., Roblox Corporation, or any government agency.

2. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and be at least the minimum age required by Discord to use this service. Access to staff tooling and the web dashboard is restricted to authorized members of the TXRP staff team.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Texas Systems to harass, abuse, or harm any other user.
You may not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Bot's normal operation.
You may not use Texas Systems' moderation or administrative features outside the scope of your assigned staff role.
You may not use the Bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

4. Staff Dashboard Access

The web dashboard is provided for authorized TXRP staff to manage server operations. Access is granted based on your Discord roles and is revocable at any time by TXRP leadership. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and must not share dashboard access with unauthorized individuals.

5. Data and Content

Texas Systems stores limited operational data necessary to function — see our Privacy Policy for details on what is collected and how it is used.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Texas Systems is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TXRP and Texas Systems' developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot or dashboard, including but not limited to loss of data, moderation actions taken by staff, or server disruptions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Texas Systems or the dashboard at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Texas Systems after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
